Audio Recording
Brandt's studios are purpose built for; high quality recordings, for voice over and video dubbing, all with an optimised production process. We book and maintain an extensive database of voice talent in 17 languages (both union and non-union) based locally and in-country. Our engineers experience in recording e-learning, games and marketing material mean that they understand the needs of the final audio from both a production and performance point of view.
Brandt offer an extremely fast turn around time. Raw files can be dispatched automatically to post production even during recording and for complete peace of mind, the sessions can be monitored in real time from anywhere in the world.
Audio post production
Audio post production is carried out in parallel, encompassing tasks such as general editing, de-breathing, equalisation, normalisation and compression. Depending on the project there may be music or sound effects to mix also.
At Brandt, an emphasis is placed on process and file management because, as with many large projects, the assets might have different destinations. For example, some audio files may be dependent on later recordings, some may sent for use in video or Flash development where further production will occur, and some may be finalised immediately.
Video Production
Brandt offers a full solution for video production from High Definition Green Screen recording, compositing and editing, through to final post produced outputs such as DVD, Digi Beta or web streaming. We can also offer advice on the best course of action for creating a localization friendly video, so that narrative, cut-ins, title effects and or music can be easily localised without incurring cultural issues, screen space or timing problems.
Through its membership of the MIDAS group, Brandt is also able to offer the capabilities of "The Bright Room", a world class post production facility situated in Dundalk just 45 minutes from Dublin airport.
